Traveling to Budapest is easy, due to the recently reconstructed airport of Budapest named after the world famous Hungarian composer, Ferenc Liszt (formerly the airport was called Ferihegy). There are connections from almost every large European city to Budapest and direct flights from across the Atlantic.

After arriving to the airport the most reasonable way to travel is to catch a cab which shall operate at fixed prices. Please ensure that you use a cab which is licenced and has a fixed price. You can find more information about the cab service here.

Travelling by bus or train are very burdensome, so we do not recommand to use them.
